PoC Pioneer: Design and implement full-stack solutions for proof of concepts with major clients. Show how our tech can transform their sports video experience. 🖥️🔧
Incident Guru: Act as the first line of technical support during customer incidents, providing prompt root cause analysis and resolution to maintain high service levels. ⚡🔍
Client Champion: Work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and challenges, ensuring our solutions are perfectly aligned with their business goals. 🤝💼
Desired Skills & Experience:
Full-Stack Expertise: Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, and familiarity with RESTful APIs and database management.
Problem Solver: Quick thinking and effective under pressure, able to conduct thorough root cause analysis and solve complex issues in real-time. 🧠⏳
