58. TexEdge: Towards an Approach for Optimization of Sensor Layouts in Textile Interfaces
DescriptionThe TexEdge approach allows designers to define user interface options. Based on these designs, simulations are run and used for machine-learning classification. Our proposed process optimizes sensor placement and machine learning model weights, resulting in an optimal sensor arrangement in the final physical prototype.
