Winnie Lin is a researcher at Netflix who collaborates with internal and subsidiary studios to develop and integrate AI/ML solutions into content creation workflows. She is experienced in designing AI-assisted artist-driven solutions for VFX and XR, and past experiences include Industrial Light and Magic, Epic Games, Meta Reality Labs, and Riot Games. She completed her PhD at Stanford in 2022, advised by Ron Fedkiw, with a focus on blending deep learning with computer graphics in facial capture pipelines.
