Clint Fanelli is a Sr. Art Manager at Duolingo. He oversees talent development, staffing, and headcount planning across animation productions, and contributes to Creative Strategy for Duolingo's Design Studio. His professional experiences include work as Associate Producer on “Ask the StoryBots” (2015–16); Producer and Sr. Operations Manager at Hallmark Labs (2016–18); and Artist Manager for Character TD and Crowds departments at Walt Disney Animation Studios (2018–21). Prior to this pursuit in animation production, Fanelli served as a Middle School Language Arts teacher for Volusia County Florida (2011–12). Fanelli is passionate about life-long learning, managing animation teams, and growing talent.
