Presenter

Sean is a lead on the simulation research team at Wētā FX. He received his PhD in Computer Science from Brigham Young University in 2021. His research focus is in the area of physics-based animation, specifically in fluid dynamics and data driven techniques. Between his undergraduate and graduate academic work, he worked as a technical artist at Ready at Dawn Studios and Walt Disney Animation Studios, contributing to projects such as The Order: 1886 (2015) and Frozen (2013).
