Dr. Yanwen Guo is currently a professor in the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Nanjing University. He is also affiliated with the National Key Laboratory for Novel Software Technology. He received the PhD degree from State Key Lab of CAD & CG, Zhejiang University in 2006. He has been a visiting scholar at the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign from Oct. 2013-Aug. 2015. He worked as a visiting researcher in Department of Computer Science, The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2006, 2009, and a visiting professor in the Department of Computer Science, Hong Kong University in 2008 and 2012. His research interests mainly include geometry processing, image and video processing and artificial intelligence. He has published more than 80 technical papers refereed at graphics journals and conferences, including IEEE Trans. on Visualization & Computer Graphics, IEEE Trans. on Image Processing, IEEE Trans. on Multimedia, Computer Graphics Forum, The Visual Computer, Pacific Graphics, IEEE Data Compression Conf., CVPR, ECCV, IEEE Intl. Conf. on Image Processing etc.
