Jacob Speirs has been working as a characters artist at Pixar Animation Studios since 2007. Jacob has worked on ten of Pixar's feature animation productions and has spent a significant amount of his time in character modeling & rigging. Some of his work includes widely known characters such as Buzz Lightyear (Lightyear), Alberto (Luca), Barley (Onward), Frozone & Edna (Incredibles 2), and Dory (Finding Dory), among many others. Jacob has also made many contributions over the years to Pixar's proprietary rig & animation software, rigging pipeline, and has worked closely with Pixar animators to help develop various best-in-class character interfaces.
