Yuichi Hayashi is a Professor at Nara Institute of Science and Technology. His research interests include electromagnetic compatibility and hardware security. He is the chair of the EM information leakage subcommittee in IEEE EMC Society Technical Committee 5. He has been recognized through many awards and honors, including the IEEE International Symposium on Electromagnetic Compatibility Best Symposium Paper Award (2013), Workshop on Cryptographic Hardware and Embedded Systems Best Paper Award (2014), and IEEE Electromagnetic Compatibility Society Technical Achievement Award (2021).
