 nds-on” Product Owner who is interested in working with next-generation vi
 rtual reality training solutions. We are looking for a Product Owner that 
 has proven experience working across departments to help set technology st
 andards and processes to help Mass Virtual push industry boundaries by usi
 ng leading-edge technologies to create revolutionary virtual experiences t
 hat set our customers apart often ahead of time and under budget.\n\nWhat 
 you’ll be doing:\n\nLead the end-to-end success of projects from discovery
  to launch\nOwn the product vision and work with our team to create meanin
 gful problem statements\nMaintain and manage the product roadmap down to a
  request level\nCollaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and data 
 teams\nIdentify new areas for growth through quantitative search and UX st
 udies\nAnalyze market trends and maintain an awareness of competitor activ
 ity\nResearch market fit and users’ desire/demand\nProvide support to the 
 sales and marketing teams by communicating product features and functional
 ity\nServe as the face of the product within the company, and act as the p
 oint person to leadership\nDetermine your teams’ metrics for success\nInfl
 uence key stakeholders across our organization to align intent and priorit
 ization\nCollaborate with design and engineering partners to plan sprints.
  Work with product, UX and engineering teams to make decisions about compl
 ex problems\nPartner on go-to-market, launch, pricing, and customer suppor
 t activities working with colleagues from the corresponding teams\nOwnersh
 ip of product roadmaps to support and balance objectives such as user enga
 gement and revenue growth through data-driven prioritization\nDevelop user
  and business metrics to evaluate success of applications, using measureme
 nts to inform product decisions\nWhat you need to succeed:\n\nAt least 5+ 
 years web operations, web development, product management\nPrior experienc
 e leading others\nUnderstanding and appreciation of UX and design principl
 es such as user research/testing, information hierarchy, and common UI\nA 
 foundation in analytics techniques and product management best practices t
 hat aids you in building data-driven arguments\nExcellent verbal and writt
 en communication skills\nExperience driving products that are creative too
 ls for designers, engineers, or technical users is a plus\nHighly effectiv
 e cross-functional team management\nSolid knowledge and experience working
  with a variety of programming languages both client and server side, soft
 ware development processes and Agile methodologies\nStrong passion for exc
 ellence in web development and product rigor\nStrong adherence to security
  and performance best practices\nStrong interpersonal, organizational, and
  collaboration skills\nMust have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-pa
 ced environment\nEligible to obtain a Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship
  Required)\nGreat to have:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a sim
 ilar degree or comparable experience\nUnderstanding and experience with de
 veloping and maintaining web development and organizational roadmaps\nStro
 ng passion for excellence in web development and product rigor\nStrategic 
 planning\nExperience working in an entrepreneurial environment\nExperience
  with MongoDB, Vue3.js and Node.js\nExperience with Express.js or Nest.js\
 nExperience with RESTful Web Services, APIs, and asynchronous data flow\nF
 ront-end web development experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript\nExper
 ience in building web-based enterprise software products from the ground u
 p to production demonstrating successful delivery of software applications
