  for various Galaxy device lineups. This lab collaborates with Samsung's s

 nd the globe to innovate and reinvent technology that will positively impa
 ct millions of people around the world via the Galaxy flagship products.\n
 \n \n\nPosition Summary:\n\nWe are looking for a SOC Architect to lead arc
 hitecture of Media, Computer Vision and Neural engine in next generation S
 OCs. This is a highly visible hands-on role technical leadership role.\n\n
  \n\nPosition Responsibilities:\n\nGuide on development of innovative Comp
 uter vision and Neural Engine Architectural and microarchitectural feature
 s to boost KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) on various targeted workloads
  in next generation SOCs\nInnovate, create and deliver Media, Computer Vis
 ion and Neural Engine architecture proposals for products in new and exist
 ing markets\nEvaluate architecture proposal benefits in collaboration with
  team of SoC Architects and communicate the results across related enginee
 ring audiences (SW, HW, Architecture, Leadership)\nPerform high-level perf
 ormance modeling/simulation and analysis of Media, Computer Vision and Neu
 ral Engine features, applications, benchmarks, and complex uses cases\nCre
 ate performance models and studies to support inclusion of these features 
 in the next generation SoC architecture based on performance, area or powe
 r improvement\nCollaborate with workload characterization to verify and de
 bug the proposal and its delivered performance\n \n\nRequired Skills:\n\nB
 Sc, Masters or PhD in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent combinat
 ion of education, training, and experience\n10+ years of experience in SOC
  or ASIC RTL design\nPrior direct experience (> 7 years) in hardware archi
 tecture or RTL design is required\nHigh proficiency in architecture analys
 is and performance modeling, ranging from simple analytical models to comp
 lex cycle accurate performance model and correlation, especially around Co
 mputer vision and Neural Engine\nAbility to leverage existing simulation c
 apabilities [GEM5, FastSIM, VisualSim] or create new simulation capabiliti
 es when necessary\nDetailed knowledge of ARM bus infrastructure (ACE/AXI/A
 HB), existing and emerging Media, Computer Vision and Neural Engine\nLeade
 rship across hardware, software, and platform groups to align all parties

  and training. This is part of our comprehensive compensation package with
